We built The Event Collective around a different idea: pay one flat fee and use as many pieces from our showcase as your event needs. Arches, linens, chargers, candles, marquee letters, draping — all of it, all included.

We'll send you a simple, all-inclusive quote based on your event details. One number. No itemized surprises. You'll know exactly what you're paying before you commit.
Lock In Your Date
A signed agreement and deposit secures your date on our calendar. Once you're booked, your date is exclusively yours.
Style Your Event
Browse the full showcase and tell us what you'd like to use. Mix, layer, and style without limits — there's no extra charge for using more.

We recommend booking as early as possible — popular dates (especially May through October) fill up quickly. That said, reach out regardless of your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Your flat fee covers unlimited use of every item in our showcase, plus delivery, setup, and breakdown at your venue. The only variables are travel distance for venues outside Metro Detroit.
Yes — delivery, setup, and breakdown are all included. We handle the logistics so you don't have to. Just let us know your venue details and we'll take care of the rest.

We're based in Metro Detroit and serve the greater Southeast Michigan area, including Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Washtenaw, and Livingston counties. Reach out for venues outside this area — we'll let you know if we can make it work.
